Walt Disney World Update on Disney World Transportation


Walt Disney World Skyliner is coming to Walt Disney World at a date to later be confirmed. This Skyliner will be a new gondola system that will connect Disney’s Art of Animation, Pop Century and Caribbean Beach resorts along with other locations to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot.


Walt Disney World did not stop there when announcing more advancements for their transportation services. Walt Disney World also launched the use of personal vehicles being called Minnie Vans to transports guests anywhere they want to go. The Minnie Van service is in association with Lyft and any guest can access the service using the Lyft app on their smartphone. The service will cost $20 a trip and first phase of Minnie Van was launched on Monday July 31, 2017.
